Dancers Guests
Margo Gathright-Dietrich Margo Gathright-Dietrich (dancer) danced out of her toddler polio limitations and into an able-bodied teen. After adult-onset post-polio syndrome required she use a wheelchair, Douglas Scott's Positive Motion dance classes helped her learn new and different ways of moving. She first performed with Mr. Scott's physically integrated company, E=motion at Atlanta's 1995, FirstNight, and was thrilled to remain a full-time member of his restructured company, Full Radius Dance, through 2003. Now pursuing additional artistic endeavors, Margo delights when her schedule allows her to guest in any Full Radius Dance Performance.

Tommy Gates' (dancer) background as a nationally ranked wheelchair tennis athlete and rugby player led him to explore other movement possibilities and he began dancing with Waltz On Wheels of Georgia State University in 1995. His professional dance career began in Atlanta's Cultural Paralympiad's Dancing Coast To Coast. He repeated that memorable performance with the Atlanta Ballet when they restaged Kinetic Landscape in 1996.

Tommy joined E-Motion (the precursor to Full Radius Dance) in 1997, and danced with the company as a full-time artist through 2006. Now married and residing in Tennessee, Tommy's strength, balance and control along with his flashy spins, breathtaking wheelies and split second stops continue to amaze and excite audiences of all ages.
