Physically Integrated Modern Dance Classes

Our company classes are open for inperson participation.

Join us on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 10:15 AM at Dance Foundry, 2977 E Ponce de Leon Ave, Decatur, GA 30030. Classes will resume March 20, 2024.

Our classes welcome all bodies.

Donations are always appreciated but not expected or required to participate.

Pre-registration is requested. If attending the in-studio class, please plan to arrive a few minutes prior to the 9 AM start time to fill out the required paperwork.

Unable to join us in the studio? We've an archive of physially integrated dance classes available for viewing on YouTube. To receive a link to one or more of these unlisted classes, please fill out the "Register for Class" form. We're happy to share our technique.
